Merge PDF files

Your PDFs stay in this browser. No file bytes or filenames are uploaded to TomSEOTools.

Choose 2 to 20 files, up to 100 MB total and 1,000 pages. Encrypted PDFs are rejected.

    Document safety

    Know what changes.

    • Page dimensions and vector content are preserved
    • Encrypted PDFs are rejected
    • Digital signatures may be invalidated
    • Outlines, attachments, and document-level forms may not survive page copying
    • Review the downloaded PDF before relying on it

The local release uses the pinned pdf-lib 1.17.1 package under the MIT License. It makes no CDN request at runtime.

    Use it well

Combine PDFs without handing them to another server.

Choose files, confirm their order and page ranges, then save one document. Keep the originals until you have reviewed the result.

    Common questions

    Are documents uploaded?

No. Document bytes and filenames remain in the browser and the tool makes no server request.

    What about encrypted files?

Encrypted PDFs are rejected because the local merge engine does not decrypt them.

    Will digital signatures remain valid?

Do not assume so. Merging creates a new document and existing digital signatures may become invalid.
